President Jim Neidner has won over 24 awards on a national/state/local level in building and remodeling Industry. In 1999 won the national "BIG 50" award from Remodeling Magazine as one of the Top 50 Remodeler's in the nation. Won southeast state of Texas Remodeler of the Year and this year won 2006 Greater Houston Builders Association Prism award for Patio Home/Garden Home product design of the year.

Not only is Neidner a builder/remodeler he also holds a Colorado Real Estate Brokers license and salesman real estate license for the state of Texas, Georgia and Florida.

As a former radio home host of Homeline Talk Radio Jim enjoys keeping home owners informed about products and services. Still helping the public at iHomeline.com Jim answers homeowner questions online.

Involved in community services Jim built one of the 100 homes in one week in Houston for the Jimmy Carter’s Habitat for Humanity program. As a Radio home show host Neidner had the pleasure of interviewing Founder and CEO of Habitat for Humanity, Millard Fuller. In addition to guest like Mr. Fuller, Jim also invited the officials from the Greater Home Builders Association to better inform the public of their membership services.
