Neidner has won several other custom home building and
remodeling awards not mentioned. He was a house leader and co-sponsor
on Jimmy Carter's Habitat for Humanity project building 100 homes in one
week in Houston, Texas. He's an author, home-building teacher, has a home
radio show, which broadcast on the Internet worldwide and in Houston on
KPRC-950 radio station known as HOMELINE Talk Radio. Jim is a public speaker
and has been on television show " Morning Houston," KPRC-Channel
2 News and several other television programs. Speaker at the "New
Home Buyers Market" sponsor by GHBA on remodeling. Several remodeling
projects have been the feature story for magazines. Also writes for newspapers
and magazines articles on home building and remodeling.
Member of the National Association of Home Builders, National Association
of Remodelers Counsel, Greater Houston Home Builders Association (GHBA),
Custom Home Builders Counsel (GHBA), Houston Board of Realtors, he is
a Realtor and member of the Better Business Bureau. Jim's a developer,
built over 1000 custom homes and has been in the building industry for
over 27 years. Built apartments, townhomes and is a home consultant for
home buyers and owners. His radio show "HOMELINE Talk Radio"
is a live radio broadcast on the Internet and can be tune in worldwide.
