Building
experience is so important in todays sophisticated
building industry. Jim Neidner brings over 30 years experience
to his customers and clients. He is a developer, remodeler,
home consultant, author, radio talk host, home building teacher,
realtor, and writes articles for magazines and newspapers on
home building. Jim has been on television, he is a guest speaker
and recently spoke on remodeling at the New Home Buyers Market
for Greater Houston Builders Association.
Neidner Construction/Remodeling Inc. has won
several
awards in home building and remodeling. The 1999 National
"Big 50" Award by Remodeling Magazine, 1999
Southeast State of Texas "Remodeler of the Year" Award
by Texas Building Trends Magazine, plus two 1999 Prism Awards
from the Greater Houston Home Builders and many
others (see Awards).
Jim also won finalist for Specialty Products Design
for townhome design. Neidner Construction has built over 1,000
custom homes from $200,000 to over a million-dollar price range.

is also an owners representative for apartment developers
and considers joint ventures with investors.
Jim speaks at breakfast meetings, homeowner
associations and women clubs. His radio show Home Line Talk
Radio with co-host Leonard Pizalate is on KPRC-950 in Houston
and on the Internet worldwide. You can also enroll in
Jims home building weekend classes.
Jim and Leonard are also working with "Akins Army" on Channel
2-KPRC helping the less fortunate and teaming up with many Houstonians
to repair 100s of homes this year.
